CapCorp, our belting division, provides both lightweight and heavyweight belts. Our services include belt modifications, such as attaching cleats and V-guides, slitting and vulcanizing (in-house), installation directly to your conveyor via our field service crews. Our field service is second-to-none and gets your installation or repair problems solved with minimum downtime and hassle.
Purvis Industries believes in stocking inventory locally and CapCorp is no exception! The photo to the right is the stock at our Fort Worth, Texas location. The miles and miles of heavyweight belt and ready to leave the branch at a moment’s notice.
Our CapCorp crews are experts at lightweight and heavyweight belting. They can perform tasks ranging from complete change-outs on conveyor belts (ranging from 10-feet to 10 miles) to repairs on rolls of belting (weighing up to 99,000 pounds and measuring 96-inches wide). CapCorp technicians are cross-trained to rig and install conveyor belts underground or in the air. Our technicians perform daily hot or cold repairs on rubber and lag pulleys in our shops and on-site. Yearly and multi-year Conveyor Service Contracts that address regular maintenance issues are available.

LIGHTWEIGHT BELTING
CapCorp is your source for lightweight conveyor belt products! We house a wide selection of food handling and unit handling belts from brands such as Habasit and Chiorino. We can provide many different covers in an extensive variety of materials, such as neoprene and Teflon. We also have different colors of belts for different applications.
Like our heavyweight products, CapCorp belt crews can add sidewalls, cleats, or V-guides to your specification. We are available to prepare, deliver and install an endless belt, or to prepare and deliver to your team’s installation crew.
